orthoninja
I'm currently looking to change companies. Went on a few interviews but I have been out of the loop for close to 11 years now. What is the standard bonus structure for orthopedic PAs now? Thank you in advance.
AbeTheBabe
I don't think there's a standard. We get 10% of wRVUs paid out at 90 per RVU.
Arthropathy
My new gig is 3-5% of salary if hit certain documentation performance measures + SO review. ($6k?) My old place had a graduated scale of percentage of net profits anywhere from 4% to 25% depending on how much I brought in. Last year I hit the 10% mark which gave me about $9k
Believe
our structure is 15% of collections after salary/overhead/benefits distributed quarterly.
SedRate
I negotiated guaranteed bonuses of $3k per quarter. Not as lucrative as when I was on production but there were factors I was tired of dealing with, slight change in job duties, trauma-only work is hard to guarantee production, and I changed my hours.
