Moderator ventana Posted May 23, 2012 Moderator Share Posted May 23, 2012 I would go in asking for $120k+ if you are doing rotational ICU shift work MASS is hurting for PA's and if you are experienced you can command the top of the scale -- they will try to low ball you but hold firm - 120k+ If you are doing procedures and overnights and teaching then I would say closer to 140k - remember a doc in this situation would be at close to $300 so you are asking for less then 50% of this.
