rijan
Guys? Will being a clinical tech count towards HCE or PCE which involves only 50% of transporting patients and 50% of housekeeping in a hospital setting?
Caligal
That wouldn’t be considered PCE. You need to do something hands on, where you are taking care/assessing a patient. With patient transport, you are hands on somewhat, but you are not responsible for their medical care. Same with housekeeping. So that would probably go under HCE Edited June 5, 2019 by Caligal
MT2PA
And I'd venture to say it's a stretch for HCE (sorry but housekeeping duties won't count). I guess patient transport COULD be HCE but usually HCE are professional type jobs that just don't have patient care (lab tech, X-ray tech, etc etc).
