LKPAC
I am a visual learner with a touch of ADD. I am looking for visual online CME. Not just a speaker standing in front of a room. I can't listed to audio-only podcasts, either. Where is there any good visual online CME?
thinkertdm
same here. online med ed is good: https://onlinemeded.org/ Otherwise, I go the long way, and actually draw pictures through the paper/online cme I find. Can't stand speakers, because in about five seconds, I have to start moving.
fishbum
Not sure if it's as visual as you want, but the Medscape CME has some interactive simulations that I like a lot. You get a pt presentation, then order labs, imaging, meds, etc, and get feedback as you go. Different, interesting, challenging....and free, of course.
SHU-CH
I use MyCME a lot: https://www.mycme.com/ They have a ton of different formats - speakers, slide shows, articles - and most are free. They also have a pretty large selection of quick ones, 15-30 minutes that make it easy to knock out time between other things. Finally, you can also set up your account to directly transmit completed activities to NCCPA. You just have to acknowledge them in the NCCPA panel when you log in.
