Janie55 Posted May 13, 2019 Share Posted May 13, 2019 I had a different, but similar problem last cycle. The PA didn’t receive the first CASPA email. Allegro Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 This would happen if he has a reference account on CASPA under a different email address than the one you used to send him the request on your app. They have one login to their portal, and if he has one already, you want to make sure you're using the right email.
