NiYa13
Hi! Should I create a document to verify my healthcare and shadowing hours and have my managers sign it and then upload it to CASPA. One of my schools has an option to provide documentation for healthcare and shadowing and I don't know if I should make my own document or if it needs to have an official letter head of the company that I worked for. Has anyone needed to do this before when applying? I am so confused! Thank you!
Allegro
Usually schools who ask for it have a specific format in mind - I'd advise checking with them.
Janie55
You will have to research each school to see what they require. Some schools do want the hours verified on letterhead. Others do not require it, so I made a document that I had my supervisors sign and date that I submitted to those schools that were not specific.
