bhunt5
My school only offers Human Physiology I (4) and Human Physiology II (4). They don't offer anatomy and the only P&A lab offered is Animal Physiology Lab (6). I see many PA schools require Anatomy AND Physiology both with labs. What should I do? AshleyB
Ive had a similar problem with A&P courses as well. I contacted the program directly to ask if the courses the college I was attending had available would cover the A&P pre-req and they let me know if it would cover it or not. Guest HopeToBePAC
You're going to have to find an Anatomy course at either a different university or community college. If the school (s) have listed they want both Anatomy and Physiology, in most cases Physiology I and II will not fulfill that requirement. There needs to be a separate Anatomy course on your transcript. You can always check with schools if the courses offered at your school will fulfill a specific pre-requisite requirement through a quick e-mail (I've done this a few times and they usually let you know quickly!) Batman
Just go to another community college and get it done. Lets say you take it because one PA schools says it will count, it does not guarantee that other schools you may apply to will accept it.
