GetMeOuttaThisMess
Why can’t chain pharmacies when they’re out of a medication either get it from another local store, or refer the patient to another close by location that has it in stock, instead of asking us to change what we want the patient to get?! Are you listening CVS? While I’m picking on you, why are you the only chain that sends auto Rx renewals and for some reason it’s only for fluticasone NS, which when I call the pharmacy they say they have no knowledge of same? Moderator ventana Posted October 10, 2018 Moderator Share Posted October 10, 2018 CVS is HORRIBLE right now Actually had to call the state pharmacy board and file a complaint against them...
GetMeOuttaThisMess
Good lord. I was starting to think that I was the lone fortunate soul that had to deal with this mess. “Albuterol is not covered on their insurance but they can get Proventil. Can we change it?” Uh, I didn’t send it brand name only and Proventil is albuterol, so why are you asking the question?
