If you are an AAPA member they have tons of free CME. UpToDate has a bunch too but I don't know if you have to purchase an account or just register. We have it embedded into our EHR at work and I just learned it gives CME for just looking subjects up while we are working. I didn't have a clue until one of my colleagues told me and I had 64 hours of Cat 1 CME waiting for me to claim.
