Yes. The page does not load if using internet explorer. I contacted CASPA and here is their reply:

"We find that users of Internet Explorer and Safari have the most difficulty with our site. We suggest to use either Google Chrome (on Windows) or Firefox (on Mac) to navigate the site. Please ask her to try clearing History Data. It may have cookies that are blocking from using our site. I hope this helps.

Please ask her to send us the information that should be filled along with the letter of recommendation, if the issue persists.

If you have any other questions, feel free to write us back."
