How to prepare for an interview?

Recommended Posts

Research issues going on in the PA profession, be prepared to answer situational and behavioral questions regarding your past. Have some stories in mind and what you did (process) to resolve the issue. Have your elevator pitch honed in as to why you are a qualified candidate for their program. Good luck to you!

Mock interview.  Have someone call you 1 hour before you normally wake up and do a 30 minute phone interview while you're still mostly asleep and need to use the bathroom. Well, maybe not QUITE that hardcore, but you should be able to answer typical/routine PA school interview questions--they're neither hard nor secret--in a way that shows that you know what you're talking about and are personable and direct.
