Physician Compensation Report 2017 - Where's Our Pay Increase?

Am almost ten yrs out @ 120K/yr doing FM my way...3 12hrs. 20% procedures,50%walk-in/UC & 30% continuity clinic ( Chr dz mgmt). This arrangement won’t be possible w/ prior background in surgery, ortho, EM/IM/FM/UC & hospital med. asking for more $$.

Isn't this the reality of being a medical provider?  It's essentially the same with physicians once they finish residency.  The only difference in salary is specialty, location, and/or how many hours worked.
