Administrator rev ronin Posted August 5, 2016 Administrator Share Posted August 5, 2016 You have a signed contract. It may be in your best interest to consult an attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction who specializes in employment law.
Moderator ventana Posted August 6, 2016 Moderator Share Posted August 6, 2016 Or even easier - with your signed contract, after the first time they do not pay for you the contracted hours, make a complaint to the wage commission in your state. In effect they have a legal contract to pay you...... You have to be available for work as you agreed, but they have to pay you as they agreed..... Need legal cousel to review contract "to make sure" there is no fine print that gets them out...
