Guest james105
Hello! I have a really simple question. What is the typical restriction of time between the completion of a prereq and the application for a PA school? Thanks some much

Administrator rev ronin Posted March 1, 2010 Administrator Share Posted March 1, 2010 I've never seen 5 or 10 myself, but I've seen a lot of 7 year restrictions. In other words, long enough to get some good HCE. :-)
chickitabanana
It depends on the school, but I agree that most are 7 years. However some schools have shorter time frames. For example, Northeastern University requires that anatomy & physiology be completed within the past 4 years while the general biology & chemistry prereqs can be completed within the past 7 years. MC99
it depends on the school. Like I am going to apply to UF shortly after I get my Bachelors in Sociology but it is because I will be working those 2 yrs as a CNA so I will have around 2-3 thousand HCE hours. Look at the schools yu are interested in, they probably mention that on their website.
