Swole2112
I've been working on improving my credit but it seems like the lending criteria that everyone has adopted is becoming increasingly stringent. I'd hate to go to all the trouble of applying to PA school and get accepted... only to not qualify for the money to pay for it. Any thoughts? just_me
well as someone with not so hot credit...private loans are pretty impossible to get without a good co-signer. I have been told that GradPlus is a lot easier to get...you really have to make sure youre not in defualt on any federal loans and nothing 90 days or more past due and you should be golden. I should know later this month...
cinntsp
Your credit history won't matter if you get government loans.
just_me
Not for stafford but gradplus requires a credit check and it is a federal/government loan Your credit history won't matter if you get government loans.
OlyaA
If you have an adverse credit history you will need a cosigner with a good credit.
