Seeking shadowing experiences in DFW TX

I have experiences in various science/health career and hoping to qualify for shadowing experiences within DFW area:

5 years retail pharmacy

EMT-training with 20+ hours in ED

3 months internship with Chiropractor

3 months internship doing research with Microbiologist

2 high school semesters worth of clinical rotation at Baylor hospital
