First job change in Maryland

Recommended Posts

In Minnesota, where it sounds like things are at least a little similar, we file a new Delegation Agreement (formerly supervision agreement) with any new (or additional) supervising MD. We file a new Notice of Intent to Practice with any new job site or employer. But the state license is ours and independent of any of that.

DEA is a federal agency, and a federal certification, so that is definitely yours, but on the other hand it turns out that each DEA number is linked to a provider AND a practice site. Check out what I found: http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/496017
