animallover2382
can I ask what could be a silly question? After graduating from a PA school, can you work without a residency? As a graduate PA before your licensed?
GreatChecko
The great, great, great majority of PA's begin working without a residency. Licensing happens after taking the PANCE and applying to your state. There are temporary licenses in some states that allow a new grad to practice while they are waiting to take the PANCE and get their official license.
