Moderator EMEDPA Posted March 17, 2014 Author Moderator Share Posted March 17, 2014 I was hoping to get more thoughts from others here , but oh well. bottom line on most of these humeral head fxs, even the ones with a bit of displacement, is that the entire tx for most pts is a sling and progressive rom exercises. certainly run them by ortho if there is any question but 99/100 times the answer with be sling and ROM.
