No. He's saying that the mid-levels that are "Dr. Renaissance-like" are often better providers than the Oldschool MDs who have only done the bare minimum to keep up to date with the changes in medicine since finishing their schooling.

Oh I see what you mean. This is due to the fact that Dr. Renaissance do whatever they do to get by for requirements sake, but mid-levels do it for interests of their own?
