PAspaghetti
After months of reading the forum, this is my first post! So I plan on applying for next cycle and my question is can you update your HCE after you've already submitted your CASPA to schools? I want to apply as early as I can in the cycle and just want to update my HCE once it gets closer to the deadline because I like to work a lot of overtime during the summer months and that would give my HCE a boost. Can you update it through CASPA, do I need to call the schools individually? Is this even something you can do or is accepted to do?? On a related note most of the schools I want to apply to have september deadlines and only one has a december deadline, do I submit to all of them at the same time? Can I update the december deadlined school after the other deadlines pass? Thanks!
nixietink
No, you cannot update HCE once you have submitted the CASPA application. I don't think reporting to the schools is generally something they do, but I could be wrong. Yes, you can submit to the december deadline school later, but you still won't be able to update your CASPA HCE later.
TarheelGirlx3
You can update individual schools with your hours. I've already done it, but I guess it depends on the school. Obviously though you cannot update it on CASPA after submitting.
