Narruc
"I do not carry such information in my mind since it is readily available in books. ...The value of a college education is not the learning of many facts but the training of the mind to think." -Albert Einstein Also... "I never commit to memory anything that can easily be looked up in a book." "Never memorize what you can look up in books." -Albert Einstein With regards to medicine, certainly there are things we need to memorize because time is on of the most crucial factors for patients. However, we almost always have access to information to help support our medical decision making. Remember, we are not here to memorize facts out of a textbook. We are here to learn how to talk, empathize, and treat the sick. Sometimes listening and empathizing with the patient is better than spitting off medical facts to look good. GreatChecko
True in the long run but I'm not sure Einstein took anatomy... Amen! Then again, how much of anatomy do you remember a week after the test? What's important gets shoved to the dark recesses of your mind to return at odd moments and where all the foramina are gets dumped. :)
whoRyou
Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics; I can assure you that mine are still greater - Albert Einstein Albert Einstein did not fail at mathematics in school. In fact, he actually excelled at mathematics throughout his schooling and even considered becoming a mathematician for a time. http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2011/12/albert-einstein-did-not-fail-at-mathematics-in-school/ Look at these photos which reveal unique features of a genius’s cerebral cortex. http://www.nature.com/news/snapshots-explore-einstein-s-unusual-brain-1.11836
