Torshi
I'm usually not neurotic about grades really, always never really stressed about it. I'm applying this year, and I'm curious if one D- in calculus will matter - my cGPA will roughly be 3.5+ while my sGPA most likely 3.3+ - hopefully for the science one I'm sure one grade won't really hurt - I'm still graduating this semester and I was taking 23 credits like usual - but I think a mixture of stress, personal conflicts at home and pure laziness contributed - hopefully as long as my GPA is till relatively good it shouldn't matter too much. Super Duper
I wouldn't stress about it too much. It's not a pre-req at most schools. As long as you are strong in overall gpa and science gpa you should be good.

mackjacks
Wouldn't worry about it. Wouldn't mention it in your essay unless you have other C's. Do have an explanation and how you learned from the experience and why you know it won't happen again ready in case they ask at interviews.
