Clinical Vignette practice over break- need some book recommendations please

Recommended Posts

Hello:

I was wondering if anyone could share some books you recommend to study some clinical vignettes over christmas break? I want to do about 3-4 cases a day just to keep everything fresh. I already have Step Up To Medicine. Anything else you all recommend would help. Thank you!

The Internal Medicine Casebook: Real Patients, Real Answers by Robert Schrier

Found as a hospitalist. Excellent and fun read.

Symptom to Diagnosis: An Evidence-Based Guide (Lange)

Recommended during PA school by our clinical coordinator. Quite good.
