jmj11
Have you ever had to testify in behalf (for their attorneys) in court for patients who were terrible patients? I have two schedule (accident). I'm trying to get my head around how I will testify. I will be honest for sure.

Moderator EMEDPA Posted February 27, 2013 Moderator Share Posted February 27, 2013 I get called sometimes to testify for patients who are alleged victims of domestic abuse. sometimes it's legitimate and sometimes it isn't. I just review my notes and tell the truth. I saw someone a while ago for dental pain. she had poor dentition and gingivitis. no mention of trauma or abuse. later she claimed her dental pain was from abuse. the prosecutor called me and asked what my testimony would be if he called me . I said " she needs to brush more and not smoke". he didn't call me.
