Do all three letters of recommendation need to be from health care providers?!

Hi Everyone!

 

Just wanted to know if all three letters of recommendations need to be from health care providers because I'd like to have my supervisor in retail write me a letter since that has been my longest work experience and gives them an idea of my personality and social skills. I called and asked MDC and the lady who answered the phone sounded really unsure, regardless she said we would like for all three to be from within health care. Will they completely disregard my application for having that one be from retail? The application itself doesn't make this a "rule" by any means either. I only came across this question because I read their FAQ section on the website.
