Do I have to put it on my resume?

One great truth is it is easier to explain "it just wasn't a good fit" particularly as a new grad first job than explaining a lie by omission later. There are a hundred ways a future employer can find out you had this position and issues on integrity and honesty are certain death.

Almost all of us have taken a job and realized it was a mistake. This is especially common with new grads who are anxious about paying bills and take the first thing that comes along. Just be prepared, in the future, to explain it. "It wasn't a good fit" followed by a polite, professional explanation of what you mean by that.

Don't be discouraged. This is way more common than you might imagine. Good luck.
