Adding In-process courses to CASPA after submitting

If I already submitted applications and have been verified, but I just started an online Medical Terminology course, how do I make sure the schools know that it is in progress? I already added an "in progress" semester under the academic history tab. 

For example, one of my schools says I did not select a pre-req to fulfill the medical terminology requirement. Is there a way I can change that now that I've already submitted and been verified?
