Do you know if most people apply then add thier work experience as it comes throughout the year or do mostjust wait until the deadline is closer and the hours are already accrued to apply, just unsure how to navigate such a late deadline!! "  In previous threads people got their decisions shortly after the interview. So I'm not sure how they're doing it this year if this is true.
