I know for joint entities, the PA can own only 49% max or if various individuals no more than the physician owns, etc. But can a PA own 100% of their own practice? (and bill medicaid) There is a few PA owned pratices I have seen here, but not sure exactly if they are the pre 2011 ones or the structure, etc If not, wife is an NP so their is that...
