As I begin to fill out applications and draft cover letters, I’m curious what tips you all have to offer regarding applying to jobs (resumes, cover letters, interviews). Find out the name of the doc or hr person and send it to them directly. proof reading. nice paper. Go oldschool. Buy nice cv paper. Nice type.
