Aimeeperryn
If someone could shine light on my situation it would be so helpful. Last year I was put on the waitlist for a program that I interviewed for late in the cycle (January). This year I am interviewing for a program that has been doing interviews and had already accepted applicants since June. My interview is in September and I am concerned that I am interviewing after so many interviews have been done. Realistically, are my chances of getting accepted lower because I am interviewing so late? Note: they do admit on a rolling basis but I finished my application 1 week after they opened. Any insight would be helpful, I just want to manage my expectations on my upcoming interview. Thanks in advance!
ANESMCR
Depends on the particular admissions process but in general, no. Typically they’ll rate and select people from each interview group.
