Chemistry in PA school

Hi, I am a senior in high school and I really want to become a Physician Assistant. The problem is that I received a low B as a grade in Chemistry. Is this a sign that I will not do well in PA school?!? Would appreciate any feedback .Thanks!!!

You're in high school. 

Take a breath. Worry about your science grades in college.

For reference, I did much better in college chem then high school chem but that's because I changed my study habits. You're going to be fine.

I know several PA and docs who failed 1 or more chemistry courses in the course of their education. I never even took chemistry in high school. Don't sweat it.

Thank you so much for the feedback! My mother acted like it was the end of my future plans because of my low Chemistry grade.

Let me put it to you this way. Chem was my hardest class in high school. I struggled to get a B- the majority of time. I was terrified to have to complete gen chem, organic chem, and biochem in college to apply for PA school. I didn't do terribly hot. C+, B-, B. Chem is tough for me. I'm now just about to graduate from PA school, 3.9 GPA, and I have an interview at Yale for their ER residency. I've come a LONG way. Like the others said, you are in high school. Plenty of time to prep and get competitive for admissions.
