Have the most intimidating people you know ask you the archetypical interview questions. A PA school interview is little different than any other interview, and there are scads of books written on how to answer interview questions. But when I get to be an interviewer, I WILL severely grade down any applicant who says "I'm a perfectionist" or "I'm a workaholic" or any variation thereof when asked to describe his or her biggest weakness.
