The interviews are pretty relaxed and the staff genuinely want to get to know you. My interview was mixed with some of the classic interview questions as well as some fun/funny ones so let your personality show and don’t be afraid to engage with your interviewers. I remember sitting in your shoes and hating people who told me to “just be yourself”, but it’s typically true. And yes my interview was also a group interview, but it was virtual because of Covid, but I think the format is generally the same.
