prereqs and clinicals

1) Do the prereqs for this program have a time limit? In other words, do they expire after a certain amount of years and you need to retake them?

 

2) Does the program set up all your clinicals for you in the area? Are they all pretty strong and valuable clinical sites?

not sure about the time limit on prereqs - might want to review the website or contact the admissions office...

 

in terms of the clinicals, most of your core rotations are done in the med center. internal medicine, surgery, and ER are done at the Michael E Debakey VA Medical Center or Ben Taub General Hospital...you'll rotate with the med students. some of the other outpatient rotations are done out in the community and can be located in houston and surrounding areas, or other parts of texas.
