Galantra
I have been searching for some opportunities to shadow P.A's in any department to come up with not much of any return replies. I am truly looking to spend some time and truly get a full grasp of job duties, and responsibilities a Physician Assistant play in different departments. Any help or information is greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking
delco714
You should look into a teaching hospital. They may require you to volunteer for. Bit first (which is good for resume/exp), then they can set you up to shadow with the pa director stationing you all around the hospital.

marilynpac
You can always go to your state PA assoc and ask for a list of PAs who shadow. They may have it on their website. If not give them a phone call. You'll find PAs in your area. Try to shadow more than one and if possible get a LOR from as many as you can.
