TWR
I know none of us work in Podiatry but I am curious to know if there is an alternative to surgical repair of a bunion, great toe. Now braces work on teeth. Is there something that would work using the same principle? Just wondering. TIA
mgriffiths
I have had patients try bunion splints (both recommended by podiatry and on their own). Generally speaking the results are very mixed, but I would say overall it has at minimum delayed surgical intervention for the majority of patients.
