She said: Letters of recommendation can be uploaded to our application portal, emailed topastudies@uchno.edu, or even mailed to our office, that is entirely up to you and/or the person submitting. For the application, we do not require a formal personal statement, but we do require your CV/Resume for submittal where one may be included.
