ms225
So on my CASPA one of my patient care experiences is dated 05/24/2016 - 06/10/2016...this was an accident on my part as the correct dates are 08/24/2016 - 09/10/2016. Has anyone ever had this issue? Can CASPA edit this? Or do I need to notify each school about the error?
wxwin93
I think this is a minor issue that you don't have to worry about. CASPA will not be able to edit if you have already submitted. If it was me, I would just let it go instead of emailing every school.
lightserith1
I had the same issue. I had the wrong year listed. CASPA won't change it once it has been verified. I emailed each school, and so far have one interview lined up. Not sure how much it actually had an impact, but the one interview must count for something right :) ? Also, I would think that emailing each school would look good because it shows your integrity and honesty, and that you were detail-oriented enough to catch your mistake. I would think that it's better that the applicant catch a mistake than a school catch it. This is just my non-professional opinion though.
