Sometimes there is a dynamic moral tension between the well being of the community in general and the individual patient. Conflict between an individual patient’s best interest and the common good is not always easily resolved..." Could someone provide an example or two pertaining to the above statement? CAAdmission Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Patients generally have a right to privacy. If they contact an STD, this is reportable and their sexual contacts will be notified.
