ckashmer14
I'm wondering which PA programs would be within my reach? Would Northeastern University, SUNY Stony Brook, & Cornell University be too selective for my qualifications?I'm primarily looking in the North-East part of the U.S.; but, I am open to moving to the best university I can get into. Predicted Qualities by the time I apply:GPA: 3.75-3.8 B.S. Bio-medical SciencesGPA: 3.8 A.S. Business AdministrationWork: 4yrs/ ~7000 hrs Clinical Lab Support Tech (specimen management) - Surgical Pathology Lab PCE: EMT volunteer 1,200 hours Blemishes: 2 repeated classes after receiving C-'s; couple withdrawals
anewconvert
Go to a university in the job market you want to work in, don't stress over some ranking that US News puts out, it's meaningless. You aren't getting an MBA or JD with a saturated market where your school choice will make or break your career. Decide where you want to live and go to school near there so that your rotations and references have weight in your future
ALC0313
Any public universities in your state that have a PA program? Can end up saving a lot of money on tuition if you can go in-state
