Which ones do you recommend, both free and not? Transitioning to primary care/internal medicine (no pediatrics) and want to stay up to date in addition to improving my practice.

Prescriber's Letter

have tried a ton-o-cme and the letter seems to be the best one out there for me

has great patient hand outs, has up to date articles, I tend to know more then what the drug reps are selling and can always point out the counter points to their claims (god I hate drug reps) CHEAP cme for what you get!
