Can anyone share the examples of PA fate when the hospital is bought by another organization. Thanks

Was part of a huge merge on the east coast and it ended up being better for pa's! We all got raises and we're acknowledged during pa week. Census only changed slightly but also became more of a resume booster given I could add the larger hospitals name to my place of employment. Not all merges are bad

NYCPA, Congratulations on your successful experience with a merger. As a rule, the bigger organization that Pac Man's the smaller one starts to cut back from the smaller one in about 1-2 years. Each merger needs to be addressed on an individual basis and it is helpful to know the track record of who is doing the buying.
