Your previous posts lead me towards neither, but makes me curious why you would ask such a broad question if you haven't been in or accepted into a program. Moderator EMEDPA Posted April 5, 2016 Moderator Share Posted April 5, 2016 while there are lots of great books on the subject this is really more of a hand-on type thing that you pick up by seeing pts and doing PBL type exercises. past HCE really helps with this too. ask any medic a DDX for chest pain and they can go on all day....
