kenab
I'm trying to get organized so I can submit soon after CASPA opens for this cycle. I have been working at the same hospital for over 3 years now, but in two different positions. First I was a patient care attendant, now I am a nursing assistant. These are essentially the same positions with the same functions, but different titles and pay scales. My question: for CASPA, should I just put that I was a nursing assistant for this entire time, or split it into the two different positions. This may be a silly question, but I just want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
MT2PA
You had two positions, list it as 2 positions. If the hospital thinks they are different enough to warrant different titles and pay, they are 2 different jobs regardless of what you actually did. GatorChomp
Agreed. List both positions separately. I was in a similar position when I was applying. I was initially a Rehab Aide then began working as a Phlebotomist all within the same hospital.
