place123
I am surprised I didn't see any thread directed at this huge topic. What are some ways to get PA school paid for? I know the military has some programs that pay for PA school. I have also heard of getting reimbursed for working for non profits of some sort. I don't know the stipulations though. I have not heard of any scholarships but they must exist. I have met multiple lawyers who had free rides to law school (thats $150k+ they didnt have to pay for AT ALL). I haven't met any PA's who have said the same though.
MT2PA
Check out the financial aid sub forum...you'll find all of that info. The only big scholarship out there is the NHSC. Scholarships for PAs don't really exist. You will likely not find a single person who has a free ride to PA school. The programs don't offer it, employers don't pay for it, it's not a thing in the PA world. Loans and personal funding are the most common answers you'll get.
