RuralER/Ortho Posted October 8, 2015 Looking at a PRN position at a former employer. They are low balling me a little. What evidence do you put forward? What percentage over a standard hourly rate is reasonable? Thanks in advance.

RuralER/Ortho Posted October 8, 2015 Author Just so I have all my evidence, etc together approximately 30% is the amount that an employer spends on benefits in addition to the hourly rate?
