Conservative Pain management clinic with chiro, massage, PT. 40- 45 hours week. half day on Wednesday, no call, no weekends. Paid holidays. 1 week PTO than 2 wks years 2-5, 3 wks after 5 years 40 hours a year sick time off Full bennies except 75% of health insurance paid no tail coverage pay to keep my license active. 90k year salary. Mainly doing ortho complaints, trigger point injections, joint injections, little to no spine 3 month probation period. To my knowledge they interviewed at least one other person. Close to home.
