JasonD
US News just released their latest rankings of PA programs, and SFU is not on the list. They were ranked #21 last time, and I find it a bit odd they were dropped totally from the list. Anybody have any idea why?
acozadd
I wouldn't put too much stock into rankings...

JasonD
I don't put that much stock into them, but it is an indication of how others in the field see the institution. Fair to say that schools in the upper half of that list have a better rep than those in the lower half. A school that is no longer listed probably is not listed for a reason, just wondering what that was.
JasonD
I contacted the school. They say they did not receive the survey this time around. They are trying to work it out with US News. They say they will have an announcement on their website when they find out more info.
JasonD
We recently received an email from the SFU PA program. They said there was an administrative error in getting their ranking published in time. By the time the error was noted is was too late as the magazine had already published the report. They also noted that they were highly ranked in the last report in 2007 -- something like 24th or so.
